Women in National Security

BRANDING

Historically, the talent pool of women has been underutilized in the national security sector. While women are making up a larger and more visible portion of the national security establishment, they still remain in the minority in leadership positions. “Women in National Security” is a podcast series by women in the national security field—sharing their experiences and lessons learned for the larger national security community. Playing off the parent logo and inspired by the movie Wonder Woman, the Women in National Security logo mark uses a shield as the primary symbol. Our first instinct was that the color pink was too cliché for any project focused on women. Creating a hot orange and hot pink gradient allowed us to claim pink in a different and fierce way.
